“ I didn't actually get food from here but I was having really bad stomach problems and they let me use the bathroom. A lot of people don't let you use their restroom if you don't buy anything and these folks had no problem letting me use it. Definitely want to try their food sometime soon ”
“ For such a small place, they make very authentic tacos! It's a little convenience store that also has a kitchen to order out (or you can eat it outside if you'd like for a quick bite). You can also find a few products from Mexico. I decided to try their Al Pastor and Carnitas tacos. The lady was very nice. I would definitely recommend the food. ”
“ This is literally the best taco truck I've had the opportunity to eat at. The tacos are fantastic along with the rest of the food. After leaving New Mexico I struggled to find any food that was close. They are a legit food truck with the best tacos I've ever had. ”
“ Authentic! Delicious! I’m so happy this place is down the street from my work place. I’ll be eating lunch here everyday financially possible! I ordered 4 chicken tacos and the tortillas are so good! ”
“ Honduran and Central American food. Pupusas, Pollo con Tajadas are among those delicious dishes you'll find in there. ”
“ Update 3-29-25 Still great! 9-16-23 Excellent tacos. The joint is like a convenience store selling Mexican foods with a small restaurant (no interior seating but two picnic tables out front). Expect takeaway. Came for the tacos. Las Carolinas has a couple of aspects that stick out to me that you might not find at other taco joints. There are grilled onions and a jalapeno on the side. So only cilantro as a garnish, but of course, they have green and red salsa. Like some joints, radishes and lime are also an option on the side. Did al pastor and barbacoa. The al pastor is a great version, including some pineapple throughout. Seasoned nicely. The babacoa is wonderfully juicy and flavorful. Awesome. These are single tortilla tacos, but we found these a tad thicker than other joints and made for better eating and less falling apart. Las Carolinas does other food items such as tortas, sopes, etc. But the tacos would be hard to shy away from. Exhaustive meat selection if you prefer a different taco. Good stuff. ”
“ I have been going to this place for several years. Diverse menu, quick and fiendly service, but always busy M-F 1130-1p, Food is prepared consistently wirh great flavors. This visit, they made me a custom, loaded, salad plate with grilled chicken. (I was really craving some fresh veggies) Excellent!!! Go There. ”
“ We like this place for their pupusas, mango with chamoy and their Coca-Cola 2 litter glass bottles. This place is very authentic for Latin food. They menu has Mexican and Salvadorian food choices. Each pupusa has their own little curtido and salsa, we have tried cheese only and revueltas (revueltas are our favorites) You can also find mango cut in pieces in a little to go container (you can add chamoy and Tajin) They have a decent variety of Latin chips, bread and products like instant coffee, soaps, drinks and of course Coca-Cola in glass bottle (different sizes) They have a couple of Picnic tables outside where you can eat if you like. The ladies that work here are always very friendly. ”
